- The Lincoln Memorial and other sites on the National Mall and Memorial Parks are always open to the public (other than the Washington Monument, which is open 9 am to 5 pm). - Rangers are on duty to assist visitors from 9:30 am to 10 pm daily (9:30 am to 8 p.m. November-February), with the exception of December 25.
